Microlots: Araku's gems

At the heart of each Araku microlot lies the patient work of the farmers. Their expertise, passed down through generations, guides every step of cultivation: planting, shade management, biodiversity protection, and constant attention to soil and water health. It is this commitment to the ecological well-being of the plots that allows the cherries to ripen under optimal conditions and develop aromatic profiles of remarkable purity and complexity. Doravalasa and Rangsingpadu are a direct expression of this care, respect for the land, and the pride of the communities that sustain the valley.

FAQ

An Araku microlot is a specialty coffee from a small plot carefully cultivated by a family of farmers. Each lot is tasted individually by our experts: only coffees with unique aromatic profiles and exceptional quality are distinguished as microlots.

Because they come from very small plots and particularly rare harvests, their production is naturally limited and depends directly on the terroir, the climate, and the meticulous work of the farmers. Each microlot represents a unique and unrepeatable expression of the Araku Valley.

They are selected from hundreds of batches for their aromatic purity, precision, and intensity. Roasted in Paris to reveal their character, Araku microlots offer a rare and authentic tasting experience, true to the richness of their terroir of origin.
